The short version
- Gentleman 2.0 is for men 18 and over.
- All sales are final. If we cancel an event, you choose a refund or a seat at the next one.
- This is education and personal development — not therapy or medical care.
- What is said in the room stays in the room.
- Your assessment link is personal. Please do not pass it on.
These terms are the agreement between you and Manumental, which runs Gentleman 2.0 from the United States. They apply when you buy something, register for anything, claim a gift or a complimentary seat, join the waitlist, or simply use this site. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or take part.
Who can take part
Gentleman 2.0 is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to buy anything, take the assessment, or attend. Everything you tell us — your name, your email, your answers — should be true and your own.
What we offer
These are the things you can buy or receive from us:
- The Relational Snapshot — a report covering your 3 core tracks, built from your assessment answers.
- The Full Relational Blueprint — the same, across all 8 tracks.
- The upgrade — moving from the Snapshot to the full Blueprint.
- A Blueprint retake — taking the assessment again later to see what has shifted.
- The Series — a live cohort running across four tracks: Pressure, Performance & Capacity; Identity & Masculinity; Relationships, Marriage & Connection; and Vision, Purpose & Legacy.
- Workshops — live sessions, in person or online.
Your Blueprint is read and built by Dr. Manu and a small Gentleman 2.0 team. It is a considered piece of work about you — not an automated score, and not a diagnosis.
We may change what we offer, retire something, or adjust how a cohort runs. If a change materially affects something you have already paid for, we will tell you and make it right.
Gifts, complimentary seats, referrals, and the waitlist
Not everyone arrives through a checkout page, and these terms still apply:
- Gifted seats — if someone buys you a seat, you accept these terms when you claim it. Refunds, if any are due, go to whoever paid.
- Complimentary seats — a comp code is a personal invitation, not a transferable ticket. We can withdraw one that has been shared or misused.
- Referrals — when you refer someone through Extend the Room, please only give us contact details for a man who would welcome hearing from us. Any credit or thank-you we offer is at our discretion and has no cash value.
- The waitlist — joining does not reserve a seat or guarantee a price.
Your assessment link
Your assessment link works like a password. It opens for a limited window, can be submitted once, and expires. Anyone holding it can open your assessment and read what you have written, so please do not forward it, post it, or let someone else use it. Contact us at info@gentleman2.co if you think someone has it.
Please do not try to work around how access is meant to run — reusing spent links, guessing tokens, or sidestepping payment.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. The price at checkout is the price.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- If you buy on a payment plan, you authorise the remaining payments on the schedule shown at checkout. They continue on that schedule.
- Promotional codes have whatever conditions we set at the time, cannot be combined unless we say so, and can be withdrawn before purchase.
- You are responsible for any tax that applies where you live.
- If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it clears.
Refunds and cancellations
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where we cancel an event. Please be sure before you buy — and if you are unsure whether something is right for you, email us first and ask.
- The Snapshot and the Blueprint are non-refundable. Each one is built from your answers, and that work begins as soon as you submit the assessment. This applies equally to upgrades and retakes.
- If we cancel or reschedule, you choose a refund or the new date. Otherwise no refund is due — including missed sessions, an unfinished assessment, or not attending — and payment plans continue either way.
- Transfers — you may ask us to move your seat to another date or another man. We will try to help, but it is at our discretion.
- If we remove you for breaking the conduct terms below, no refund is due.
This is not therapy or medical care
Gentleman 2.0 is education and personal development. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment, or legal or financial advice. Nothing here creates a clinician–patient relationship, and your Blueprint is not a diagnosis.
Taking part is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional, and it is not a crisis service. We do not monitor your answers or your messages for emergencies.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact emergency services, or call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) in the United States.
You are the one who decides what to do with what you learn here. Please keep seeing whoever cares for your health, and talk to them before making significant changes.
The room
Much of what happens in a cohort depends on men being honest in front of each other, which only works if the room is safe. So:
- What is said in the room stays in the room. Do not repeat, quote, or write publicly about what another man shares.
- No recording — audio, video, screenshots, or transcripts — unless we have asked and everyone present has agreed.
- Treat the other men with respect. Harassment, threats, slurs, and intimidation end your place immediately.
- Do not use the room to sell, recruit, or promote.
We may remove anyone who breaks this, during a session or between sessions, without a refund.
Your answers and anything you share
What you write stays yours. To do our work, you give us permission to read your answers, build your Blueprint from them, and keep them so you can come back to your report later. How we handle them is set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may describe what we learn across many men — patterns, themes, what tends to come up — in our writing and teaching. When we do, it is anonymous and aggregated, and never traceable to you.
We will not quote you or use your name without asking you first. If you give us a testimonial, you are allowing us to use it in our marketing; tell us at any time if you want it taken down and we will remove it going forward.
Our materials
Your Blueprint, our frameworks, the workshop and cohort materials, and everything on this site belong to Manumental. They are licensed to you personally, for your own use.
Please do not share, sell, republish, or teach from them, and do not use them to build a competing programme. Your own Blueprint is yours to show to anyone you like — your partner, your therapist, your friend.
Fair use of the site
Please do not scrape the site, attempt to break or probe its security, interfere with anyone else's access, or use it for anything unlawful.
What we do not promise
The site and everything we offer are provided as they are. We work hard on them, but:
- We cannot promise particular results. What you get out of this depends on you, your circumstances, and the people around you.
- We cannot promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
- We are not responsible for services we rely on but do not run, or for anything another participant says or does.
Limits on our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, Manumental is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost income, lost opportunity, or damage to a relationship — arising from your taking part.
Where we are found liable, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Some places do not allow limits like these, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If someone brings a claim against us because of something you did — breaking these terms, or breaking the confidence of the room — you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.
If something goes wrong between us
Please email us first. Most things can be sorted out in a conversation, and we would like the chance to have one before anything more formal.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute we cannot resolve between us will be handled by the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
Ending your participation
You can stop at any time; the refund terms above still apply. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if a payment fails, or if staying would put the room at risk.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Changes apply going forward, never backwards to something you have already bought. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email.
