The short version

What you give us
- Your name and email — when you join the waitlist, claim a gift, register, or buy something.
- Your phone number — only if you choose to enter it.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe.
- Anything you write to us — messages, replies, and notes you send.
- Your assessment answers — how you grew up, plus your ratings on a series of questions about how you operate now. Dr. Manu and a small Gentleman 2.0 team read them to build your personal Blueprint. They stay between you and that team.
Your assessment link is private. It works like a password. Anyone who has the link can open your assessment, so please do not forward it or post it anywhere.
What we collect automatically
Like most websites, we collect some information whenever you visit:
- Which pages you visit and how long you stay
- The site or ad that sent you here
- Your general location — city level
- Your device and browser type
We also use three tools that set cookies or similar identifiers:

| Meta Pixel | Tells us whether our ads are working. Meta receives the marketing pages you visit and, if you buy, a scrambled version of your email so it can match the sale to an ad. |
| PostHog | Counts which pages people visit and how they move through the site. |

You can turn most of this off using your browser's privacy settings, a tracking blocker, your Meta ad settings, or Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking them will not stop the site from working.
Who else sees your information
We use these companies to run the business. They only get what they need to do their job:

Of these, only Google Sheets ever receives your assessment answers, and only for storage. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
- Assessment answers and your Blueprint — we keep these so you can come back to your report later. Ask us and we will delete them.
- Your email address — until you unsubscribe.
- Purchase records — as long as tax and accounting rules require.
- Website analytics — according to each tool's own schedule, generally 14 months or less.
Your choices
- Emails — every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
- See your information — email us and we will send you what we have.
- Fix your information — tell us what is wrong and we will correct it.
- Delete your information — email us and we will delete it, except anything we are legally required to keep, like payment records.
- Turn off ad and analytics tracking — use your browser's privacy settings, a tracking blocker, or your Meta ad settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out.
Depending on where you live, your state may give you some of these rights by law. We offer them to everyone regardless.

How we keep it safe
- The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Card details go straight to Stripe, which is certified to handle them.
- Assessment links expire, stay open only for a limited window, and can be submitted once.
- Only Dr. Manu and a small Gentleman 2.0 team can open your answers, on accounts protected by two-factor authentication.
No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If your information is ever exposed, we will tell you by email without undue delay.
Children
Gentleman 2.0 is for adults, and everyone who takes part must be 18 or over. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will tell you by email.
